Terms & Conditions of Service
Payment: Full payment is required upon booking to secure your programme. Payment plans are available for packages over £500 – please discuss during consultation.
Programme Completion: Session packages must be completed within the following timeframes from date of purchase:
- 3-session packages: 6 weeks
- 6-session packages: 12 weeks
- 10-session packages: 4 months
- Annual programme: 12 months
- Single sessions: 2 weeks from booking
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice required for session changes. Less than 24 hours notice will result in session forfeiture.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of therapeutic work and programme preparation, no refunds are available once payment is processed.
Results: While I’m committed to providing the highest quality therapeutic support, individual results vary and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Therapeutic work requires active participation and commitment from the client.
Complaints Procedure: If you have concerns about your service, please contact me directly within 7 days of the session in question. I’m committed to resolving any issues professionally and promptly.
Professional Standards: All sessions are conducted in accordance with the UK Ethical Framework and professional standards.
